Drawn from a single refill sherry hogshead, this is a wonderfully complex, deliciously rich and fruity whisky.

Nose: Baked apple and stewed fruit with milk chocolate.
Palate: Toffee and sultanas with orange zest.
Finish: Morello cherry and toasted oak linger on the finish.
