Independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail returns with another excellent Speymalt bottling, this time a 1997 Macallan single malt. Matured in a refill American hogshead for well over two decades, it offers an array of sumptuous butterscotch and citrus notes. Just 125 bottles will ever be released.

Nose: Sweet pear aromas with pineapple and tangerine peel.
Palate: The palate has soft butterscotch, mixed nuts and red apple
Finish: Mature oak.
