Nose: Ripe fruits, dried dates and strawberries, hints of vanilla, ginger and creamy toffee, nutmeg and soft citrus notes.
Palate: Smooth rich from the start, some sweet spices warm the palate, chocolate and dark fruits coat the mid palate, sultana and raisin with a hint of caramel and soft ginger.
Some classic orange and sweet spices, golden honey and a soft woody note add to a very enjoyable lingering finish.
This is a smooth rich and taste driven single malt.
