Coven of Resurrection Lowland Single Grain 13 Years Old 57.8%

Wine Barrel Matured

Nose: Ripe dark fruits, winter berries and dark chocolate sauce, vanilla and soft baked fruit cake, some homemade jam with waffles and cream.

Palate: The front of the palate is a very taste forward moment that draws you into this extremely drinkable dram, ripe orchard fruits, red berries, a hint of dry spice, with a creamy mid and late palate that mixes with ease across the whole palate bringing in the dark fruits rather well. Some sliced dates and soft fig notes with a hint of malt bread and spiced apricots and peach, soft spices, and vanilla to the nice, rounded finish

Let it open in the glass to reveal more flavours.

The dark dram unfolds after 13 years in First Fill Red Wine Casks berry fruits with sweet wheat semolina and vanilla.
