Nose: Rather rich on the nose with some surprises and twists, Nutty sweet notes, BBQ embers and toasted fruit, smouldering peat logs, caramel toffee and golden syrup
Palate: On the palate things really warm up nicely with a rich peat smoke, coastal notes like iodine and drift wood, creamy vanilla and candied orange peel, With a lingering rich smoke and peat in the finish this is a classic Islay.
