Nose: Some classic smooth Kilkerran notes on the front of the nose, with a soft creamy lemon Lemon, creamy vanilla with a touch of shortbread, soft herbal notes with a slight touch of Himalayan pink salt, some melon and apricots, waxed paper and beach pebbles add a mineral note to the back end of the aroma.
Palate: With a touch of sweet spice, peat and honey the front of this expression of Kilkerran is shining with taste, some dried summer fruits, cookies and salted toffee caramel, sultana, cracked black pepper, with a charred sweet BBQ oak, soft herbal notes, more dried fruits like candied citrus, lingering rich aftertaste of soft coastal flavours.
