Core: Juniper berry, Orris, Akamatsu, Citrus: Yuzu, Lemon, Tea: Green Tea - gyokuro, Spice: Ginger, Floral & Fruity: Red Shiso leaves, bamboo leaves, Herbal: Sanshō pepper, kinome.
Nose: Fresh and aromatic, yuzu, with the richness of the juniper adding a nice tangy balance alongside some ginger.
Palate: The opening on the palate has a richness that grows, the zesty tones are with the juniper and red Shiso leaves, some pepper and a hint of a creamy undertone leaving a deliciously balanced mouthfeel.
