Independent bottler Thompson Bros is back with this 13 year old expression from Speyside distillery Inchgower. Distilled in 2011 and matured in a refill hogshead, its tasting notes from the team include herbal grassiness, candy floss, cornflakes and marshmallows. It’s unusual to see Inchgower releases as most of the distillery’s output is siphoned off for blending.
