Tasting note: 

Nose: Immediately peated, but with an airy lightness. There’s a straw-like freshness, as well as fruit compote notes. 

Palate: Pear drop and strawberry lace sweets come through, alongside crisp white pepper and raw vanilla pods. The smoke acts like a seasoning. 

Finish: Long, with persisting sweet, ashy smoke.
