A beautifully aged expression from Suntory’s second distillery, founded in the forests surrounding Mt. Kaikomagatake back in 1973. Gently smoky with signature herbal notes, Hakushu is gloriously fragrant and complex. One to sit back, sip and really take some time with.

Nose: Ripe pear, dried mint, oregano, hint of smoke
Palate: Jasmine, mango, quince, menthol
Finish: Long, pleasantly smoked, hint of bitterness
