Intricate, complex and pleasingly detailed, the nose opens with fresh, vibrant florals, delicate citrus peels, toffee apple and mint leaf. There’s the tanginess of a freshly picked apple, along with salt dough, red cherry, and a subtle dusting of pine needles.
Crisp, soft and precise, a gentle warmth builds through a gentle palate with cumin and mace. The fruit turns darker, with raisins, sultanas and even chocolate-coated biscuits. A crack of black pepper builds texture, and tomato leaf and wood spices build a savoury element.
Long and drying with more woody notes and dusty spices, reminiscent of a bakery.
