A fantastic single malt brand here from Stravaig Spirits, the same team that releases the Tri Carragh independent bottlings. While the distillery isn’t disclosed, it’s a delicious Highland whisky, bursting with character and expressiveness. There are all manner of grassy notes, sunny grains and zesty mint, alongside ripe banana, baking spices and a touch of warming pepper for good measure. A great-value, versatile whisky for mixing and sipping.
