Nose: Lots of rich orchard fruits with a soft creamy toffee, sweet red apples, crispy patisseries with sliced pears, sultana and fig's, some classic sherry notes throughout the nose that really draw you in, soft leather, dark chocolate, rich fruit cake and soft honey notes.
Palate: The palate opens with dark red berries and soft creamy notes, sweet spices and soft fudge, baked cinnamon buns and strawberry jam, toasted waffles, chocolate ice-cream, toffee popcorn, dry spices with a touch of warming Sherry notes with a nice hint of golden honey.
