Matured in a first-fill Pedro Ximénez cask, it offers all manner of jammy fruits and sumptuous spice notes. Distilled in January 2011 and bottled in September 2023, the spirit soaked up all that fruity goodness from the cask for 12 long years. Bottled at cask strength, it's a powerful addition to our line-up.
