Glenfarclas 40 Year Old Rare Vintage 40 Years Old 40% Vol
Nose: Some damson and berries, classic Turkish delight and hints of caramel and chocolate, very smooth and fruity notes with a touch of sweet spices and a hint of soft pepper.
Palate: Toasted caramel waffles, hints of dark fruits, sweet spices and sultana, some of the peppery notes on the nose adding a nice lift in the early to mid-palate. Smooth and soft creamy caramel and chocolate sponge cake, dried vine fruits and a touch of vanilla pod.
