Glenfarclas 15 Year Old 46% Vol 

Glenfarclas is one of the last remaining family-owned independent Victorian distilleries and are one of the few still using direct fire stills.
The masters of long maturation, all expressions from the distillery have been matured in Sherry casks giving a classic dark chocolate and dried fruit flavour profile.
The 15 Year Old is a Milroy's favourite.

Nose: Rich dark fruits, soft baked teacakes with sultana and raisins, hints of spiced candied orange peel, some red plums and hints of honey and sweet ginger, toffee and fudge bring in a smooth chocolate, 

Plate: Smooth and very lingering on the front of the palate, forest berries, with blackcurrant jam, strawberry moose and rich soft toffee, creamy fudge, winter fruit cake, figs and macadamia nuts.
