Nose: Dark sweet vine fruits, soft caramel and chewy toffee, hints of chocolate and sultanas, some dried peach, soft notes of fresh varnished oak, vanilla and rich fruit cake.
Palate: Smooth and lingering from the start, Plumy Jam, hints of Victoria sponge cake, ginger snaps, the sherry cask is delivering nicely across the palate, red apples, dates and milk chocolate.
