This world famous single malt has been matured for at least 12 years in a combination of the finest Spanish Pedro Ximenez and Oloroso sherry casks
Nose: Fruity with a rich balanced sweetness, creamy vanilla, brandy snaps with hints of ginger bread and a gentle spiced mulled wine, some orchard fruits with a nice hint of pear.
Palate: A very smooth dark fruits and cream opening on the palate, with a little cocoa and vanilla pod, traces of sweet sherry building as this dram opens in the glass, spiced plumbs and red berries, some toasted marshmallows and silky smooth tones right to the finish.
