Nose: Rich and festive with aromas of cooked fruits and sweet spices mingled with strawberry tarts, boiled sweets and gingerbread.
Palate: Layers of bramble and poached pears followed by black cherry, oat biscuits and chocolate ganache cushioned with oak spices.
Finish: Rounded and long with notes of dark chocolate soufflé, berry coulis and coffee grounds leaving a sweet cinnamon linger
