Nose: Dried fruits, some toasted oak, sweet spring greens, a touch of seaweed and oil, tangy rich coastal notes with a bracing Atlantic breeze, hard toffee and a little shortbread.
Palate: With some red apples and tangy orange peel, some soft salted caramel and toffee coated cereals, crisp citrus opens the mid palate for a moment, spices and some tropical fruits, a touch of black pepper, fresh sliced ginger root, sea salt and dried banana.
