The penultimate bottling from Whisky Sponge is here! A beautifully aged Glen Moray that was distilled back in 1990, this is a decadently opulent Speysider that has been part-aged in a 1991 ex-sherry hogshead. The other half was drawn from a 1990 refill hogshead, and the combination is a delight. According to the Whisky Sponge team, it tastes like “the set furniture from 2001 Space Odyssey draped with all the cardigans in rural Englandshire”. Unique indeed!
