This rare gem from Hidden Sprits has been resting in the cask for 30 years, the result is a dram driven by taste, pour this one out, take in the rich and aromatic nose, at full strength it is so drinkable, the lingering taste is perfectly balanced into the finish.

Nose: Toasted caramel wafers, rich golden apples with a touch of milk chocolate and soft almonds, banana and vanilla, honey, ginger and peach, tangy orange and Apple pie short crust pastry with a dusting of icing sugar.

Palate: Shortbread and chocolate with a creamy coconut and whipped cream, hard toffee and melon add a nice mix of rich and fresh together, pomegranate, soft dates and a little fudge, light honeycomb, peach melba and spices with a touch of ginger.
