Nose: Some classic sherry fruit notes on the nose, with orange and soft ginger, sweet dried apricots, red berries, soft baked gingerbread.
Palate: smooth and fruity, vanilla and soft brioche, red liquorice, damson’s sweet sultana and fresh baked donuts, sweet toffee and raisin with a creamy caramel and soft honey with delicate spices leading to a rich finish.
