Nose: An abundance of richness on the nose with a superb mix of honey. Apples, melon, with a rich vanilla fills the nose, some rich caramel wafers and soft syrup with a touch of soft spices.  

Palate: Summer fruits on the front of the palate release an excellent flavour, dried apricots and honey, soft candied orange peel, marmalade and breakfast pancakes, white truffles, a long rich finish with a balance of apples and soft spices, a hint of sweet apricots soft vanilla.
