Palate: Very smooth beyond its years, with fresh sliced pineapple, banana and crystallised ginger, warm hay, soft vanilla and rich buttery toffee popcorn, the sherry influence is perfectly balanced across the mid to late palate, dark chocolate, Black Forest gateau, sweet velvet vanilla and soft spices.
