While this small batch has no stated age on the label it does not mean you have just any old bourbon in the bottle indeed far from it. Aged between 6/7 years in oak casks its got some hidden depths.
Nose: Soft vanilla and summer fruit cocktail and a soft hint of all spice and honey.
Palate: From the moment you first sip this bourbon you notice more than the nose suggests, a warming sweet spice hits you before a level of vanilla pod honey and a hint of soft fresh ring donuts. Some honey and ginger linger towards the end alongside autumn fruits and peach.
