Dolin de Chambery Dry Vermouth 

Nose: Grape juice with hints of almonds, soft tree bark, citrus and springtime pine forest some stone fruits and a bold zesty aroma.  

Palate: Some salty notes and sharper flavours come through across the whole palate, very organic notes of floral and pine flavours, brine and seaweed with a little balsamic and dark tangy fruit notes,  

White wine and a little dryness, strong acidic and lemon zest notes on the finish
