Description

Nose: The wood has imparted a slight charred element to the nose, some fruity highlights arrive to deliver clean bright citrus highlights add to the richness of the nose.
Palate: A soft spice leads us top a lucky bag of candy, peach and vanilla, whipped fudge and cinnamon buns, a deliciously balanced palate that grows and grows on the palate. As we head to the finish a hint of all sweet spice comes back before giving way to a nice lingering honey and cream note.
