Nose: Dark fruits with hints of oak and vanilla, damsons and apricots in a sweet shortcrust pastry, soft creamy donuts and strawberry with a hint of toffee and cinnamon. Lots of dried fruits with a hint of toasted barley round off the nose of this great highland dram.
Palate: Sweet damson notes with strawberry jam, dates with creamy vanilla and soft Viennese truffles with a crispy chocolate shell. Some cinnamon and pears, dark honey and cereal bars, peanut brittle and pineapple with a hint of toffee brittle.
