Nose: Soft and elegant opening on the nose with a hint of toffee and vanilla, some sweet baking spices, sliced apple and pears add a nice fruity element to the aromas, some toasted oak and hints of sweet cereal.
Palate: Like the nose the palate has some very elegant flavours to draw you in, soft orchard fruits, Crème brûlée, some spiced honey, soft herbal tones add a contrast to the sweeter tones, cracked black pepper and vanilla pod, soft sponge cake, white chocolate truffles, tangy spices lead into the nice finish that plays with the senses.
