Nose: Rich and sweet at times with some cereal notes, barley sugar twists, hints of pineapple and smouldering wood embers, tangy notes with a subtle ginger and liquorice root.
Palate: Warming and rich on the front of the palate, a return of the liquorice root from the nose adda a little sweet zesty tone, peppery with smoke throughout, almonds and subtle vanilla.
A Smokey warming spice leads into a lingering rich finish.
