This special edition of Compass Box Vellichor is a marriage between, Highland Park, Sherry Butt Blended Whisky, Refill Sherry Butt Blended Whisky,  Caol Ila and Macallan. 

Nose: Hints of soft polished leather and parchment paper, some long lineage here with a dark and broody richness that keeps growing as this dram reveals its self,  Baked fruit loaf, hints of honey glazed cashews, soft summer coastal tones, banana and mixed dried  fruits. 

Palate: A very luxurious and elegant opening on the palate, Dutch pancakes, vanilla and rich honey, some peatiness that really lifts the rich palate along with ease, tropical fruits with hints of apricots and soft sweet spices, white chocolate and melon, shortbread and crispy choux pastry, sherry cask notes wrap then palate together alongside the rich and tasty peat notes from the middle palate.
