With only 52 bottles available, this release from Little Brown Dog is from Chain Pier, a small distillery in Edinburgh which was only in production for about 1 year. During this time only 30 casks were ever filled, the liquid in this bottle is one of them.
Tasting Notes:
Nose: Rich and chocolatey with plenty of dried fruits
Palate: Christmas cake, candied orange dipped in dark chocolate and cinnamon
Finish: Orange oil and candied nuts.
