A rare first edition bottling from the Cardrona distillery in New Zealand
Nose: Rich vanilla and honey, some hard candy and toffee notes, floral aromas arrive on the nose before a subtle rich lemon cream like note.
Palate: Pink pepper and fudge balance out the palate from the start, with a hint of spiced cereal bar and honey coated corn flakes, some tangy spices lead to a lingering mouth feel as we head for a rich smooth yet fruity finish.
