Palate: The richness of the oak cask shines in the opening of the palate, sweet spice and sweet cinnamon, Scottish buttery shortbread, soft chewy toffee and creme caramel, crispy vanilla and caramel wafers with a soft vanilla cream, toffee and pears with a touch of spiced orange milk chocolate.
