A very enjoyable smooth and superbly rich Speyside Single Malt from Cardhu Distillery
Nose: A rich and smooth nose of warm fresh baked patisseries flow across the nose, crispy caramel and golden honeycomb, Bakewell tart, hints of truffles and a dash of cinnamon. Maple coated cereal and a little soft vanilla cream.
Palate: Banana fritters and honey drenched creamy waffles, some toasted marshmallow's and a touch of silky smooth toffee and white chocolate sauce, some tropical fruits come into the mid palate alongside a hint of milk foam and mulberry jam, a little nuttiness and spices add a rounded note into the lingering smooth finish.
