A limited release from our very own Soho Selection. This 14 year old expression was distilled by Coal Ila and matured in first-fill Palo Cortado octave, re-racked from a refill hogshead in June 2021 at 53.8% ABV. There are only 60 bottles in this release.

Tasting Note:

Nose: Caol Ila on steroids with big Islay peat, fruit pastilles (orange and pineapple) and maple bacon pancakes.

Palate: Thick and oily with caramelised orange peel, honey glazed ham and cloves. Still big peat.

Finish: Long and chewy – as if still chewing a ‘Chewit’, hints of Christingle Orange and a little allspice.
