Spiced rum from Maison Ferrand, Canerock is made with Jamaican rum infused with a blend of fruit and spices
Nose: A fruity, sweet and chocolate tone, including vanilla, ginger, coconut and fresh ground coffee beans and dried vine fruits. Some red berries and sweet cherries in syrup, dry spices and a hint of soft toffee.
Palate: Smooth and spicy notes side by side on the front of the palate. vanilla, fresh pastries, coconut, some rich ginger and cloves throughout the palate, hints caramel bars, dark chocolate, plums, mint, and dry spices.
