Nose: Soft toffee and sweet baked fruit cake, with some dried apricots and damson, a touch of aromatic floral and dried spice notes, that delightfully rounded soft coastal tone we love about this region of Scotland.
Palate: Toasted almond with a deliciously balanced front palate, some salted toffee popcorn, hints of red apple peel, crispy caramel, light coastal flavours and dried strawberry, turkish delight , a touch of melon adds a nice freshness to the mid palate ahead of a rich and balanced finish with soft sweet undertones of peat and a light charred oak, waxed fruit, lingering and rich to the very end.
