The distilleries might be undisclosed, but this bottling bursts with the funky, coastal character of the region. Distilled in 2017, matured in refill hogsheads and bottled in 2023, this is a fantastic dram to crack open and enjoy with great conversation. 

Tasting note: 

Nose: Bold and pronounced, the nose offers seaweed and apple pie notes, along with sweet spices and a round nuttiness. 

Palate: Slick, oily and mouthcoating, this is a big dram. Candy floss arrives along with marzipan and a green moss, backed by a real earthiness. 

Finish: Long and lingering, with more sweetness.
