Nose: Crisp notes of fruit and cereal, dried apricots, plumbs, sultana and light chocolate notes.
Palate: As expected we find a rich fruit note at the opening of the palate, lots of dried and tasty fruits, some soft iodine and salted caramel, some spices in the mid palate to the finish including a subtle saffron note, hints of light cinnamon and soft honey.
