Milroy's Tasting Panel (MTP) Tasting notes 30/09/2022
Nose: Toasted Waffles, sweet notes of syrup and toffee, peaches with sweet spices, hints of peeled pineapple skins, some vanilla and sweet oak.
Palate: Rich and smooth are the main notes you find on the opening of this Bourbon, with a lot of creamy undertones and rich dried fruits with milk chocolate, Jaffa orange and warming spices really coat the palate, as the finish comes into play a creamy caramac and golden honeycomb note arrives with a final sweet warming spice.
This Single Cask Lingers on the palate rather nicely.
