Nose: fresh clean aromatic notes start off the nose with a fragrant sweet minty note, a very nice juniper and gentle citrus with some all spice, a dash of lime and pear skins adds a freshness to this enticing gin.
Palate: The rich juniper is nicely balanced by a sweet soft mint and soft white fruit note, a little creamy texture wraps itself nicely around some toasted pine and caramel like flavours, with a final soft minty flourish.
