Nose: Soft creamy sweet notes,  Hints of fresh baked sourdough and a little fresh butter,  sweet mixed spices, soft toffee and a hint of chocolate coated almonds

Palate: Lingering smooth notes on the front of the palate, fresh baked desert buns, toasted waffles and a little soft creamy vanilla, toffee and a spice mix in with a lingering smooth finish, cashews and soft fudge, peaches and honey.
