Nose: Hard and soft toffee mingle with a tangy spice, some cracked pepper, chocolate nibs, sliced red apple, pears and forest berries, hints of malt loaf and banana bread, hints of soft smoke.
Palate: Creamy sweet toffee, ripe apples, orange and hints of mulberry jam, a subtle charred oak, ruby chocolate and red berries add a nice mid palate, the smoke on the nose alongside a candied orange peel take us to a nice balanced finish with fruits and soft smoke.
