Nose: Vine fruits and soft herbal aromas, some wet grass and touches of baked apples and pears, a spice tang alongside a vanilla note adding a nice contrast.
Palate: Sweet edges of smoke, lots of rich dried fruits, ground coffee beans and a touch of black pepper, honey and soft citrus notes, ground coffee and hints of vanilla adding a balance with the gentle coastal style notes.
