Sherry cask Matured
Nose: A creamy light nose, some whipped milky latte coffee, Some deeply tempting citrus and honey with some flaked almond and oily notes, a subtle hint of burnt oak and crisp lemon and grape to round off this amazing nose.
Palate: The citrus from the nose is here centre stage of the palate, with candied orange and lemon, honey glazed nuts and cereal, some sweet smoke and hints of truffle, with some deliciously integrated orchard fruits like apple and pears, a hint of soft smoke and organic notes in the complex finish.
Tangy orange marmalade, dried fruits with bittersweet notes of cacao, caramelised nuts balance gentle whisps of peat smoke.
Finish: More earthy coffee, poached pears, toffee, and softly smoky barley.
