Nose: Creamy toffee and vanilla aromas, dried summer fruits, hints of spices and some almost malt aromas, hard dark treacle, chocolate and soft hints of golden honeycomb
Palate: Banana bread, some sultana and raisin notes, fruit cake mix and of course rich ripe banana notes with treacle toffee, dried fruit, sweet spice and butterscotch, crystalized ginger.
