Nose: Has a nice balance of gentle sweet peat smoke, some salted caramel and a little hint of soft springtime floral notes, some creamy notes with a rich butterscotch and soft honey.
Palate: Some of the smoke and peat opens the palate but this is also a nice rich velvety taste at the same time, Floral and fruity with a little hint orange and lemon with a touch of light pepper, the peat smoke flows effortlessly between the flavours, heading into he lingering rich finish with a soft oaky vanilla, soft smoke, some light fruits and soft vanilla fudge with a touch of soft citrus.
