This time, they’ve taken single malt from Speyside’s Balvenie distillery and finished it in a tiny Oloroso cask to max out the flavour influence. It’s rich with sumptuous dessert notes – think crème brulée, sticky toffee pudding and chocolate mousse – plus coffee, walnuts and sweet spices. A treat of a dram.
